So lovely to see all the trees and flowers in bloom. Spring is definitely my favourite season and it’s proving to be good one so far including having beautiful weather for Easter.
With everything warming up, our outdoor events and festivals are getting underway for an action packed summer. We will look to provide you with lots of options over the coming months to make the most of the summer.
Great to hear that the Holme Farm Workshops and Gardens are on-site now and work has begun on the clearing out and cleaning up. If you have some spare time and would like to get involved in this project, please do not hesitate to get in touch. All are welcome and it will be a rewarding experience. There aren’t too many community projects around so to have this on our doorsteps is a real treat. Please see page 5 to get involved.
Please remember to take good care of your health and wellbeing. If you love our rivers and waterways, we list all the local clubs you can get involved with to get on the water and get some exercise. We are blessed with some beautiful waterways and a great opportunity for some spring and summer fun.
