This month our volunteers have been extremely busy collecting rubbish and reporting fly tipping to the council (images up to 6th February). We have been working closely with Runnymede Borough Council who have been providing the group with bags, gloves, hand sanitiser and high visibility vests for us to carry out our litter picking safely.
We have some fabulous children within the group that have been out during their daily exercise litter picking, as well as some amazing adults that have got down and dirty cleaning out ditches, banks and clearing pathways all to make Chertsey a cleaner and safer place to live.

I hope that the residents of Chertsey are starting to notice the difference in our paths, wooded areas, lakes and town centre.
