I hope your year is off to a good start and you are doing what you most enjoy. We have highlighted some events to go to over the Easter holiday and a selection of interesting talks, comedy and music for you to enjoy at our local venues.
Spring is my favourite season with all the new blossoms and colours. It certainly brightens my spirits and looking forward to a good Spring/Summer ahead.
This is certainly a big history month in the magazine. Many people have said they love reading about the history of the area both young and old. I’m pleased that this magazine is a great place to find it.
Have you been to West Horsley Place yet? I’m going for Easter and very much looking forward to it. Another stately home once owned by King Henry VIII and lovely that it is now owned by a trust who has opened it up to the public.
