October has been an exciting month so far…Mary and I enjoyed the Mayors Ladies Lunch and then a great night out at
Esher Theatre..back where we belong! We are now heading into exciting times. Founder Mary Hammond is moving into
her new career organising exhibitions at Sandown Park and scratching an itch that began a while ago and has got off to a blinding start!
I’m delighted to be taking up the Community Life reins, and I hope you will enjoythe magazines with the same enthusiasm.
We are mixing things up a little bit but it will still bethe magazine you know and love but with a few more regular contributors.
We have The Buzz with Baz Richards, reviewing the latest music, restaurants and go-to places, The Lifestyle Edit, a new feature with fab home
tips and tricks, DJ Goldierocks writing all about being a working mum and offering ideas for local family fun…and an excellent new historian
has joined us too – watch this space!
Next month we have a guest editor too..look out! Gemma Bissix will be adding a bit of celebrity sparkle…in between rehearsals for her
part as the wicked stepmother in Cinderella at Esher Theatre …(oh no she isn’t…..oh yes she is!)
