WEST END LEADING LADY LAUNCHES PERFORMING ARTS SCHOOL IN EGHAM

An exciting new Performing Arts school has opened in Egham, offering classes in Dance, Musical Theatre and Drama to both children and adults.

The Megan Jones School of Performing Arts (MJSPA) launched this September at Strode’s College in Egham, with over 100 students through its doors in the first week. The school’s vision is to focus on the mental and emotional well-being of its students, just as much as their physical, with all staff being Mental Health First Aid trained.

The school is run by principal, Megan Jones, who has been performing professionally since the age of 10 on both stage and screen, having trained at the prestigious Sylvia Young Theatre School in London. (Kids may recognise Megan from CBBC’s The Sparticle Mystery!).

The school offers a range of classes for all ages and abilities, including RAD Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap, Drama, Dance Fitness and Musical Theatre. If you or your child are looking to (re)discover your passion and learn from industry professionals, MJSPA is a family-like community where all are welcome. Kids can book in for a complimentary trial class now.

For adult classes, booking is completely flexible with no commitments, or strings attached. Just choose from a single class, or a package and book classes as and when suits you.

MJSPA are passionate about giving students the opportunity and tools for a professional career in the arts, whilst also developing the confidence and skills needed for any career, with a side portion of friendships that will last a lifetime.
