Community Life

WEYBRIDGE & BROOKLANDS | NOVEMBER 2022

Here we are in November 2022. I’ve heard the older you get the faster time goes. It certainly seems that way. I also think many of us working from home can easily lose track of time. Unless you have some week differentiators such as kids at school or partners still needing to travel to work, you can easily forget what day of the week it is.

It’s also the time of year to think of others. A neighbour in need, a local charity or community event looking for volunteers. There are lots of things to get involved with that you will learn a lot and have the potential to meet new friends and lend a helping hand. Don’t miss out on this opportunity.

This is our first Christmas in 3 years that we can spend time freely with friends and family and good to start planning that now. Whether you will be hosting at your home or spending it elsewhere, make sure that you make the most of the holidays as they are meant to be good memories and times together.

If you have a community story that you would like to highlight in our monthly publications, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
