May is my favourite month. The UK is in bloom everywhere bringing harmony and positive attitudes along with increasing our vitamin D levels which is good for all of us.

We are really enjoying putting together the Weybridge Artisan Markets. We hope you come and join us. The next market is 25 May. I can see how these community events really bring people together along with giving small businesses the chance to sell their products. It is so nice when you feel you have made a difference to someone else.

It is not long now until the Weybridge Summer Fair. The preparations are coming together, the stalls are being booked and the dance and music is being choreographed. Please don’t miss out on the biggest community event of the year. Last year was amazing and we intend to make the market side even better.

Great to see the D’Oyly Carte Island Summer concerts in the magazine this month. Please get your tickets as these events will sell out quickly. This is such a great event to have as part of the Weybridge Summer Festival. We are so lucky to have Andy and Sheila Hill as part of our community.
