June settles gently over Weybridge, bringing longer evenings and a slower, more relaxed pace to everyday life. There is a quiet charm to this time of year, with the town feeling a little more open and a little more connected.
Walks along the river become part of the routine, the high street hums with familiar faces, and gardens begin
to show everything they have been building towards.
What really makes June stand out is not just the sunshine, but the way it brings people together. Neighbours stop for longer chats, friends find more reasons to meet, and it is often the simplest moments, an evening stroll or a shared smile, that matter most. It is a chance to appreciate where we live and the people who make it feel like home.
As summer begins, we hope this month brings a renewed sense of warmth, connection, and community across Weybridge. Inside this magazine, you will find the full programme for the Weybridge Summer Festivals. The street party takes place on 19 June, with music on Monument Green and plenty of activities along the High Street, so do come along and join in.
There is also the Community Fair on 27 June at Churchfields Recreation Ground, just behind the Weybridge Library Hub, which promises to be a great day for all ages.
If you have any community stories or want to advertise your business, please get in touch.
